Data Deletion Instructions

A business may request deletion of its EPC AI Sales account and associated product, customer, appointment, conversation, and WhatsApp connection data.

1. Contact the platform administrator through the support channel supplied with your account.
2. Provide the business account username and the WhatsApp Business number connected to the account.
3. The administrator will verify account ownership before deleting the data.

After verification, the platform administrator will remove the account data and confirm completion. Some security or legal records may be retained only where required by law.
