EPC AI Sales is a business communication platform. Each business is responsible for the accuracy of its product information, customer permissions, message content, staff access, and compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies.

The service may use automated AI responses. Businesses must review important commitments, prices, availability, payments, and other decisions requiring human confirmation. Access may be suspended to protect customers, the platform, or comply with law and platform rules.
